Gemini at Sugar Hill is the perfect home to relax and enjoy the company of your family or friends. Framed by exotic tropical gardens, the villa is beautifully furnished and appointed and staffed by Cynthia, our friendly, experienced housekeeper.

The villa is located on fifty acres of gently sloping land and enjoys wonderful views of both the Sugar Hill community and the tranquil Caribbean Sea . The environment is spacious and private and benefits from twenty four hour security.

This privately-owned villa reflects the owners discerning taste and represents luxury living of the highest standard. Our housekeeper will ensure that your stay will be totally relaxed and the House Representative, based at the Sugar Hill clubhouse, will be committed to making sure your holiday is simply the best! The provision of skilled staff is to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible and they are there to assist you in any way.

The villa features coralstone accents, wooden balustrades and a plunge pool, is air-conditioned and includes all the major appliances. It can accommodate up to eight people and has the benefit of a detached self-contained cottage with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities. The living area is light and expansive opening out onto a large patio featuring a dining area and a place to relax in locally made plantation chairs. Indeed, all the furniture in the villa is handmade using local skills and materials. The kitchen is open plan and the adjacent study/4 th bedroom is a versatile space for use as either a work/relaxation area or a bedroom. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and have built in cupboard and storage areas. Entertainment is catered for with a flat screen television and DVD player, a hi-fi system, cable television and broadband internet access.

As part of your stay at Gemini, Sugar Hill you have full use of the superb facilities. These include an airy central clubhouse with a bar, a world-class tennis club featuring four tennis courts with flood lighting, a state of the art air-conditioned fitness centre, a 2,000 sq ft swimming pool, a Member’s Lounge with comfortable chairs and gaming tables and a superb restaurant overlooking the clubhouse and swimming pool. At Mullins beach the health spa, Suga Suga, allows you to enjoy beauty and relaxation treatments followed by a few hours on the beach with complimentary sun loungers and towels.
